All 3 Cambridge meeting rooms come equipped with stationery kits, notepads, flipcharts and a projection screen. To make sure your delegates stay attentive throughout the day, our rooms also feature natural daylight and air-conditioning!

Rates

We can offer a variety of rates to suit your needs.  If the packages below aren't suitable for your meeting, please let us know and we'll tailor a package to your requirements.
  1. Day Delegate Rate: includes room hire, tea and coffee, biscuits, hot & cold buffet lunch, mineral water, confectionery, business equipment and stationery.
  2. 24 Hour Day Delegate rate includes all Day Delegate features (as above) plus overnight accommodation, evening meal and breakfast

Lunch

Conference lunches can be arranged for all of our meeting delegates. Lunch is served either in our Great Room or in your conference room should you wish to have a working lunch. Choose from our Platinum, Gold or Silver menu.

The Platinum menu includes a hot dish of the day, hot bites, chips, dessert, fresh fruit and more.
The Gold menu offers hot bites, a choice of sandwiches/baguettes, salads, chips and fresh fruit.
The Silver menu comes with a choice of sandwiches/baguettes, salads, tortilla chips and fresh fruit.
